It is vitally important that those who want to run or develop their own business need a good solid understanding of finance and accounting procedures, to assess their performance and to provide information for informed decision making. ‘You must know how to keep score!’ Without this understanding and without dedicated commitment to using financial tools, the chances of success are reduced. Knowledge of accounts provides to tools to evaluate the success and possible development of the business.

This 4 hour workshop aims to provide a good understanding and application of accounting tools and the processes in which to evaluate the businesses financial performance.
