A Beginner's Guide to Project Leadership

This one-day course seeks to build an appreciation of project lifecycles and their management which can be applied to any Leisure Context.  This course is aimed at anyone who is planning a project, working as a project manager or working as part of a project team.  The sector coverage includes anyone engaged in any aspect of Leisure, Tourism, Heritage, Parks, Sport, Retail, Capital Schemes etc who are working as a team to deliver a project.

  • Project initiation and definition;
  • Project planning;
  • Project start up;
  • Tracking and control;
  • Project costing and analysis;
  • Project execution and control;
  • Project completion and closure.
