The development of sport is a high-pressure occupation.  Whether you work for a local authority, in education or for a governing body there is always more work to be done than there is hours in the day.  How do you get the quart into the only pint pot available?  The answer lies in establishing clear priorities, planning your work, managing your time and controlling those around you.  You can't afford the time NOT to come to this workshop!
