Developing Effective Partnerships

Developing Effective Partnerships

This one-day course will provide an opportunity for participants to understand the rationale for developing effective partnership working.  Participants will be shown a model developed for the sector, based on a well established national methodology, for measuring how well their partnerships perform against the principles and will be provided with an opportunity to consider how the model can be applied to making judgements, achieving outcomes and developing improvement plans.

Subsequent implementation of the Partnership Assessment toolkit in the workplace, in addition to being valuable in its own right, would provide supporting evidence under a number of headings for organisations undertaking EFQM, the I&DEA Culture and Sport Improvement Toolkit and Quest.
